In order to improve our services and ensure the quality of our products, we are happy to receive feedbacks on the items you have purchased. By doing this, we will know which items we should pay special attention to while handling them, as well as preventing further supplies from untrustworthy dealers.
Refunds will be given in a form of one-time-use tickets/coupons which buyers may use when making future order. Exchanges are valid when items are still in stock, otherwise, we will exchange them during the next season.
Items that are not eligible for refunds or exchanges include:
Items from ‘Stock Clearance’ or ‘End of Season’ sale, as items are already underpriced lower than 50% of retail price and exchange is not possible when the replacements are no longer in stock.
Items that are damaged due to mishandling by the courier/postal services.
Items that are damaged, but the buyer failed to inform within 7 days after the package was received. Feedback on items (together with detailed pictures) can be sent to our email.
Items that are missing, stolen or confiscated for any reasons, damaged from not being claimed at the post office for too long.
